Learn to live a mindful life that is practical, accessible and universal with attention, values, wisdom and an open heart. The course teaches the practice of meditation and the practical application of mindfulness and includes 20 hours of in-person class, downloadable guided meditations, a Foundations Course Companion Journal, a daily practice guide, and group support.

After December 18: $250
