The Intimacy Workshop: For You

Tap into your senses, desires, and confidence in this 2.5-hour workshop. You will gain invaluable tools and practices to build intimacy, harness your bodies untapped energy, and communicate your needs clearly. Mixing yogic teachings, movement exercises, ancient knowledge, and lightheartedness you will unlock your intimate self. This is not just about sex, it is about your relationship to everything. This workshop will include a yoga asana practice, lecture/discussion, experiential practices and exercises, and personal work. It is open to all genders and sexual orientations, come solo or with a partner. Bio: Lindsay Gurley, supports individuals and couples to unplug from their busy lives in order to reconnect to themselves, one another and the natural world. As a certified Life Coach, Yoga Instructor, and Intimacy Expert, Lindsay created The Intimacy Workshops to celebrate the power of sexuality and intimacy through experiential teachings, yoga, and coaching.
