About Us

The Andy Zanca Youth Empowerment Program works to empower youth ages 8-18 from diverse backgrounds to express themselves, build self-confidence, and develop leadership skills through community broadcasting. We have an array of programs including 6.5 hours of live radio on KDNK Community Radio, recording classroom projects from Aspen to Parachute, a paid high school internship program, afterschool classes and workshops, and weekly public affairs/ podcasts hosted by kids.
