Colorado Edible Forest is a container nursery located in Spring Valley of Glenwood Springs specializing in hardy edible perennial plants including fruit trees, berry bushes, perennial vegetable plants and more. The nursery is owned and operated by Vanessa Harmony who offers consulting and education services related to site design, installation, and maintenance of edible forest garden plants. Colorado Edible Forest also offers custom grafting services to propagate local tasty historic fruit trees.
