El Dorado was born out of a desire to create a space for locals to come together and enjoy high quality fare in a highly curated space both aesthetically and musically. El Dorado wants to keep the fundamentals of Carbondale at the center of everything we do, keep it funky, keep it dirty, keep it trippy. The spirit of Carbondale is specifically infused in the artwork and design elements of El Dorado. From Teddy Roosevelt, to Potato Days, and nods to the local artists and legends of the valley - we’ve included touches of Carbondale with a psychedelic twist.
