About Us

Plosky's is Carbondale's neighborhood deli! We serve breakfast and lunch daily, with a menu that focuses on classic deli fair and from-scratch cooking. We offer NY bagels with an assortment of toppings, bacon egg and cheese sandwiches, housemade pastries and a full coffee bar. At lunch you'll find us slinging a fully range of deli sammies, including our takes on classics like the Reuben, Pastrami on Rye, and Italian subs, alongside housemade sides, salads and soups. We offer dine in, takeaway and catering for all your noshing needs!
