About Us

Roaring Fork Engineering (RFE) was established in 2012 with the aim of delivering outstanding civil engineering services to a diverse range of clients, including private developers, municipalities, districts, and private landowners. Our expertise encompasses planning, design, land surveying, construction staking and construction across various fields such as land development, drainage, transportation, water distribution, wastewater collection & treatment, utility, and construction management.

RFE is led by Richard Goulding, P.E., Danny Stewart, P.E., and Anthony Alfini, P.E. We take pride in serving the western slope and mountain communities of Colorado with a holistic approach that prioritizes our clients' needs. Our office is located in Carbondale, Colorado, but you can find our work throughout the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond.
