About Us

TACAW serves all communities in the Roaring Fork Valley by presenting a diverse mix of ticketed and free programming that connects and inspires all who call the valley home. Our programming includes many artistic disciplines, arts education opportunities for youth, and important and inclusive discussions with established and new voices. As the first net zero performance venue in the United States, we are a live music destination featuring rock, jazz, blues, classical, bluegrass, world music, acapella, and more. Our film, comedy, spoken word, and dance performances uplift, challenge, and energize our community. We serve as a community hub for critical conversations about relevant issues like wildfire, water usage, responsible growth, to name a few. Consistent Spanish-language programming ensures that everyone who lives here can reap the benefits of access to arts and culture. Local and regional nonprofit organizations also utilize our space to amplify their vital work. Finally, our arts education offerings at TACAW and in schools have served more than 3,000 students since September 2021. Underneath all of our efforts lies a steadfast belief that the arts are essential to a thriving community. We deliver on this belief day in and day out.
