Time and Compensation Details: Full-time, exempt; 40 hours per week. This is a salaried position that requires availability Monday through Friday with an occasional weekend, evening, and holiday work. The Facilities Maintenance and Grounds Manager is required to be readily available should any building emergency occur. Salary range is $70,000 to $85,000. The Facilities Maintenance and Grounds Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of Ryobi facilities and its surrounding properties. This role involves performing hands-on tasks, operating machinery, and supervising contract staff or vendors engaged in maintaining systems and equipment across the 400+ acre ranch in Carbondale, CO.
Reports to Director of Facilities Works closely with the Collections, Facilities & Technology Manager, Operations Manager, and Powers Art Center Museum Director
