First Tee Slow Flow Community Yoga @ Golf at River Valley Ranch

Gaze up at Sopris and listen to the sounds of the Crystal River during this FREE first tee yoga program.  Professional instructors guide practitioners through a one hour slow flow class.  Classes take place outdoors on the first tee box at River Valley Ranch at sunset.  No registration required (a waiver is signed at your first class).  Special events will follow some classes! Stay tuned. Open to the public.
