Enjoy Tasting New Releases from the West Elks Wineries of Western Colorado
June 7-8, 2025
The wineries of the North Fork Valley invite you to come to Paonia and Hotchkiss to enjoy a fun-filled weekend of culinary events, wine and cider, music, and barrel tastings to celebrate the beginning of the 2025 summer season. New releases of limited production wines will be available for tasting and purchase. Fun activities for everyone!
Alongside other area farmers, local winemakers hand-craft limited quantity, artisanal wines. Because grape growing conditions in the mountains of Western Colorado are severe, production is extremely limited. Many wines offered throughout the Valley are only available right at the tasting rooms and sell out quickly.
Just a stone’s throw from Grand Junction and Montrose a beautiful drive over Kebler Pass from Crested Butte or a foray over McClure pass from Aspen, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, and Redstone, North Fork Uncorked offers a refreshing food and wine getaway with plenty of additional diversions to leave you relaxed, rejuvenated and ready for summer.

North Fork Uncorked is the grand opening of the 2025 West Elks Wine season. All wineries to have special events and special tastings.More info regarding dinners, etc., will be forthcoming - visit the website.
Mesa Winds: Wine paired dinner on Saturday, June 7, reservations required.
Qutori Wines: Music on the patio June 7, 6-8pm. Lunch and Dinner with new release wine pairings.
Stone Cottage Cellars: Barrel Tasting/Gourmet Food & Wine Pairing, June 7, 6:30-8:30pm. Reservations Required.
Alfred Eames Cellars: Open for wine tasting, cellar tours and culinary delights 12-6pm, 7th and 8th. We are hosting a four course wine pairing dinner featuring chef Anthony Reichenbach and live music. Call for tickets.
Black Bridge Winery: Wine wagon tours of the vineyards and orchards, tastings of our releases, and complimentary bites of our wood-fired pizza.
Clear Fork Cider: June 7-8, 2-5pm (at Paonia Books), New Cider and Perry
Painted Vineyard - Saturday-Sunday: Wine tastings with gourmet cheeses.
The Storm Cellar: Saturday and Sunday, 2-7pm both days, Spring Wine Release Party, featuring oysters from Bonfire Oyster Co. and poke bowls from Best Slope Culinary, no reservations.
5680': Rose' & Croquet - Sip our new releases and play a round or two of croquet. June 7-8, 12-6pm
