Princess Warrior Series (Summer Series at True Nature for 13-15yo Girls)

Join us for a 4-week series guiding young women on a journey of embracing strength, confidence & true self! This cohort is open to 13-15 year old girls. Through the practice of intention setting, music, movement, and creativity, this series encompasses the many different aspects of what it means to be girl. Takeaways: 1. Notice and understand inner body cues 2. Build fun and supportive relationships 3. Decipher the messages of emotions 4. Interrupt negative thought cycles 5.
