The ideal candidate will be able to respond respectfully and efficiently to multiple phone lines, answer with a smile, pay attention to detail and schedule appointments appropriately. This position requires the ability to understand the pre-requisites and needs for various medical treatments. Though this can be learned over time, previous experience in an animal hospital and working with a computerized management and scheduling system is preferred.
