Experience Curator, Guest Experience (Part Time & Full Time)

At Aspen Leisure Co., we turn Colorado stays into unforgettable experiences. We’re a boutique hospitality team based in Carbondale, curating exceptional guest stays across the Roaring Fork Valley, from cozy riverside cabins to luxurious mountain retreats.

We’re looking for a part time and full time Experience Curators who thrives on connection, communication, and creative problem-solving. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our guests ensuring each stay runs smoothly, from check-in to check-out.

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate promptly and professionally with guests via email, phone, and text

• Resolve issues quickly and thoughtfully to ensure guest satisfaction

• Coordinate with property care and homeowner teams

• Maintain accurate reservation and guest records

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer service or hospitality experience (bonus if in vacation rentals)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Tech-savvy, organized, and self-directed

• Based in the Roaring Fork Valley. 

Schedule:  Part Time [15–25 hours/week],  Full Time[ 32-40 hours/week] - includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
