Part-Time Guest Experience Curator

Aspen Leisure Co. is looking for a friendly, solutions-oriented Experience Curator to join our growing hospitality team.

As a key point of contact for our guests, you’ll help create seamless, memorable stays from initial inquiry through checkout. You’ll communicate with guests by phone, email, and messaging, help answer questions and resolve concerns, and coordinate with our Property Care, housekeeping, maintenance, and homeowner teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

We’re looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, organized, tech-savvy, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Customer service experience is required, and hospitality experience is preferred.

We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time positions:

Part-Time: 8–30 hours per week
Full-Time: 32–40 hours per week
Compensation: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Our guest experience team operates 7 days a week from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. This position works a rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Location: Residency in the Roaring Fork Valley is preferred
