The Mentor Recruitment Manager leads recruitment and screening of adult and teen mentors across the Buddy Program’s Community-based, School-based, and Peer-to-Peer Programs. You’ll represent the organization at community events, build lasting partnerships, and support meaningful mentor/mentee matches that make a lasting difference.
