The Buddy Program is a nonprofit serving youth and families in the Roaring Fork Valley through four impactful mentoring programs. With over 50 years of local service, we empower youth through long-term, meaningful mentoring relationships that build confidence, connection, and potential.
The Mentor Recruitment Manager leads recruitment and screening of adult and teen mentors across the Buddy Program’s Community-based, School-based, and Peer-to-Peer Programs. You’ll represent the organization at community events, build lasting partnerships, and support meaningful mentor/mentee matches that make a lasting difference.
