From Grief to Growth: Healing After Loss Series

Sopris Lodge at Carbondale and HomeCare & Hospice of the Valley present a four-part grief support series featuring a rotating lineup of compassionate speakers. Sessions take place on the third Tuesday of every month May - July in the Community Room at the Carbondale Branch Library. May’s session will be co-led by Marie Herr, Executive Director of Sopris Lodge, and Anne Wolf, an integrative trauma coach. They’ll explore how grief affects both body and mind—causing stress, tension, sleep issues, and other health challenges—and how caregiving fatigue adds another layer to the process. The speakers will also share simple, supportive practices to bring calm and create space for healing.
