Job Title: Beverage Cart Attendant

Location: Ironbridge Golf Club, Glenwood Springs, CO

Position Type: Seasonal (April 1st – November 1st)

Compensation: $12/Hour, 20-30 hours per week

Additional Income: Tipped position.

Experience: Golf Course experience, customer service, and F&B experience recommended.

Responsibilities: The Beverage Cart Attendant will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and at times the Golf Professional Staff and will have the following responsibilities:

- Operate the beverage cart in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic rules and regulations on the golf course.

- Provide excellent customer service to golfers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner, offering beverages, snacks, and other items from the cart.

- Handle cash transactions accurately, following proper cash handling procedures and maintaining a cash pouch for change.

- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling and serving beverages and snacks.

- Engage with golfers and monitor golf course conditions and provide updates to golfers as needed such as course maintenance, or pace of play information.

- Report any issues, incidents, or golfer grievances to the supervisor or Golf Professional staff, following proper protocols for resolution.

- Keep the beverage cart clean and well-maintained, including regular cleaning, restocking supplies, and performing basic maintenance such as checking tire pressure and fluids.

- Stay updated on club policies and procedures, including any changes in beverage options, pricing, or regulation on the course.

- Monitor alcohol consumption and be proactive in identifying and addressing any potential issues or intoxication.

- Assist in opening and closing duties, including reconciling cash, restocking supplies, and cleaning work areas.
