Job Description for Lunch Cook At Ironbridge Golf Club 

Job Title: Lunch Cook

Location: Ironbridge Bar and Grill, Glenwood Springs, CO

Position Type: Seasonal (April 1st – November 1st)

Compensation: $22-26/hr., 40 hours per week (Wednesday-Sunday)

Additional Income: Potential event tip out

Experience: Must have previous culinary experience working as a cook or short-order cook

Responsibilities: The Lunch Cook will report to the Head Chef and Food and Beverage Manager and will have the following responsibilities:

- Dependable and great work ethic.

- Ability to work independently.

- Able to loft 50lbs. or more.

- Exposed to variable temperatures, depending on the season.

- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and game days.

- A high school diploma (or accepted equivalent) and or relevant culinary education.

- Foster a culture of cohesion and collaboration by partnering effectively with front of house staff members.

- Ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests while fostering teamwork and mutual respect among all staff members.
