Job Title: Lunch Bartender

Location: Ironbridge Bar and Grill, Glenwood Springs, CO

Position Type: Seasonal (May 1st – November 1st)

Compensation: $12-15/Hour, 30-40 hours per week

Additional Income: Tipped position, event tip out.

Experience: Must have bartending experience, high volume, wine, and cocktail knowledge

Responsibilities: The Lunch Bartender will report to the Food and Beverage Manager or the Floor Manager and will have the following responsibilities:
 

- Opening the bar and restaurant for lunch service.

- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and arranging bottles.

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing attentive and personalized service.

- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, operating the cash register and managing a cash drawer.

- Monitor alcohol consumption and be proactive in identifying and addressing any potential issues or intoxication.

- Follow safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.

- Assist in opening and closing duties, including reconciling cash, restocking supplies, and cleaning work areas.

- Work closely with servers on the floor and with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
